Janet Habina's work experience covers more than 24 years in the legal arena with 21+ years dedicated to the intellectual property field. Janet has experience with a wide range of technological backgrounds, as well as substantial exposure to the practice of law before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Janet's paralegal work experience includes all aspects of U.S. patent and trademark prosecution and litigation, including filing of patent applications, amendments, responses, Information Disclosure Statements and Assignments, among others. Janet further has substantial work experience in the international intellectual property area, including, but not limited to, the filing and completion of PCT and foreign applications, and has participated in patentability and right to practice search efforts both in the U. S. and overseas.
