Some of our recent firm, attorney, and staff efforts include:

Cristo Rey – McCracken & Frank participates in the Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Corporate Internship Program. Cristo Rey is a highly successful college preparatory school for inner-city youth from the Pilsen/Little Village neighborhood in Chicago. As part of their high school education, students work 5 days a month in an entry-level job to fund 65% of their tuition cost. For more information about Cristo Rey, please see www.cristorey.net

Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund (DMSF) – DMSF is a non-profit organization that awards four-year high school scholarships and educational support services to economically disadvantaged Chicago eighth-grade students. To be awarded a scholarship, each of the candidates must demonstrate academic potential and leadership qualities. McCracken & Frank employees volunteer their time to participate in the interview and selection process of qualified candidates that takes place at the DMSF offices, mentor some of the DMSF scholarship recipients, and participate on various DMSF committees. Holiday Gifts – McCracken & Frank participates in the Chicago Bar Association “Letters to Santa” program. As part of this effort, participating employees make needy children's holiday dreams come true by granting the holiday wishes that they have asked for in their letters. The children writing these touching letters often request gifts not only for themselves, but also for their parents and siblings. The holiday spirit of our employees is evident as they prepare their holiday packages for shipping to the children and their families.
