McCracken & Frank actively recruits both first and second-year law students to work full-time for the summer and/or part-time for the school year in our internship program. We also participate in law school externship programs by hiring second or third year students to work a set number of hours in exchange for class credit. During such internships and externships, students are mentored by other attorneys, agents, or specialists, and are given assignments relating to patent and/or trademark prosecution, clearance and/or patentability opinions, legal research, etc. We actively recruit law students throughout the year and entertain students from all schools.
